Kim was born and raised in central Michigan where she met her husband Doug. He is from eastern Kentucky and they now reside in West Paducah. They have been married for 50years. They have three children and several grandchildren. Kim works for McCracken Circuit Court where she has been employed for almost twenty-one years. She has been with the Christ Community Church for 8 years where she has served in several different capacities.

Out of great loss, the Lord has taught Kim much about compassion & kindness, but also much about faith and joy that he alone has given. 1 Peter 3:8 says “Be like minded and sympathetic, love one another being compassionate & humble”. She has turned that scripture and a personal calling from the Lord, into a beautiful ministry. She is one of the most kind hearted and compassionate people to ever attend our church. She has always had a heart to visit hospitals, send out get-well cards and make phone calls to hurting people. She leads a “Benevolent Board” comprised of great women who serve our church well.

Christ Community Church is very thankful for ministry of Kim Miniard and the wonderful program she leads.
